gh3 is designing a 44-storey mixed-use tower at 86 Lynn Williams Street in Liberty Village, offering 553 purpose-built rental units and retail spaces. The project integrates and restores a heritage building connected by a pedestrian atrium, enhancing site permeability and sunlight. Drawing on Liberty Village’s industrial history, the design uses materiality and landscaping to create a vibrant, connected community hub.
